Great clinic, everyone there is super friendly and helpful! They are always so kind and patient and gentle with my nervous dog! My friend has been going here with her family dogs for a while and she recommended them to me when I relocated here from western mass. Though it's still a bit of a drive for me from where I live now (near Worcester) I haven't wanted to change to a closer vet because Great Road Vet Hospital is so great!😊 Highly recommend!

Great people. Did a wonderful job with my dog Stella. First time experiencing the vets in person so I have to say it’s a good thing for your pets. Recommend 1,000/10

My puppy got referred here when my regular vet was too busy to see her for an emergency. They were a thousand times better than my regular vet. When they emailed me to follow up, I switched over to them as fast as possible. All 3 vets are smart, kind, down to earth, and the exact sort of people who you want to trust with your pets' health. Everyone in the clinic is fantastic. They are compassionate, sympathetic, professional individuals who truly care about the health and well-being of every animal who comes into their building. My pup loves going to the vet for her checkups because she knows that all her friends are going to shower her with kindness, and I love taking her to such a loving group of people. UPDATE! My puppy is now a 3 year old dog who still does her little happy dance when she gets to the vet because she is just that excited to see all her friends. Our newest puppy loves it there, too. If you're going to trust anyone with the health and safety of your pets, these are the people to trust. When I don't understand something, the vets and techs take the time to explain it to me kindly and patiently. Dr. Kelman even drew me pictures once!

My 6 month old Toy Fox Terrier, Willy, recently had to have 14 of his baby teeth extracted, as his adult teeth are coming in and overcrowding his mouth, with no indication that they were going to fall out on their own. After two days of making calls, in search of a facility that could accommodate his needs in a timely manner and not empty my bank account, I was so relieved and grateful to discover Great Road Veterinary Hospital, Dr. DeMarco and her amazing staff, Danielle, Bella, Kristina, Jess, Emma and Dae. I was able to get Willy an appointment for a consult with Dr. DeMarco right away and his surgery took place 2 days later and all for a very fair and reasonable cost. Needless to say, moving forward, Willy and I will be going to Great Road for all of his needs. If you are looking for a kind and caring Doctor (and staff) for your fur baby, I highly recommend that you discover this facility for yourself. You will not regret it.

Heartfelt Review for Great Road Animal Hospital Though I live in Boston, I find myself often in the suburbs, visiting Concord, where I’ve discovered a true gem for my four-year-old Border Collie, Smith: Great Road Animal Hospital. Since our first visit this past summer, they’ve stepped up to help us at a moment’s notice — whether it’s for an urgent vaccination, a quick nail trim, or simply expert advice. They’ve welcomed us with open arms every time, treating both Smith and me like family. What really sets them apart is their unmatched care. Every single staff member shows genuine compassion, and you can feel their love for animals the moment you step into their beautiful, warm office. Their expertise, kindness, and attention to detail have been so impressive that I’ve now chosen them as my primary vet, despite living in the city. And just a light-hearted heads up: bringing your husband may not be wise, as every vet here is somehow more beautiful than the last! Joking aside, I can’t thank the team enough for all they’ve done for Smith and me. If you’re anywhere in the greater Boston area and want exceptional, heart-centered care for your pet, Great Road Animal Hospital is worth every mile. I’m endlessly grateful for the peace of mind they bring to our lives. If you haven’t visited Great Road Animal Hospital yet, you truly don’t know what you’re missing. They’re the kind of place that turns a simple vet visit into a heartwarming experience, and I’m endlessly grateful for the care they’ve given to Smith and me. Give them a try — you and your pet will feel the difference right away.
